We can Manufacture Cutting Rollers, either singular (cutting + drawing) or double (one for cutting, one for the drawing). Cutting rollers can be manufactured with rings or with singular interchangeable cups. In case of any damage you can easily unscrew the old cups and replace them with the new ones. These manufacturing systems are more than appreciated by our customers because they allow them to replace one or more rings /cups instead of replacing the whole roller. Our manufactured Rotary Rollers and Moulds are Repairable.

We can produce Cutting Rollers that range from 80 mm to 400 mm in Diameter and up to 2000 mm in Length.

We also specialize in manufacturing semi- or fully scrap less cutting rollers for an optimal use of the dough band.
